การโอนเงินหรือชำระเงินเพื่อทำธุรกรรมกับบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ หยวนต้า (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

เรื่อง  การโอนเงินหรือชำระเงินเพื่อทำธุรกรรมกับบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ หยวนต้า (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด  

เรียน  ท่านลูกค้าผู้มีอุปการคุณ                           

        เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตรการการรักษาความปลอดภัยในทรัพย์สินของลูกค้า บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ หยวนต้า (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (“บริษัท”) ขอเรียนให้ทราบว่า บริษัทไม่มีนโยบายให้ลูกค้าโอนเงินเข้าบัญชีพนักงาน หรือ บุคคลอื่นใด หรือ รับชำระเป็นเงินสดจากลูกค้า 
        หากลูกค้ามีการทำธุรกรรมใดๆ และต้องโอนเงินหรือชำระเงินให้แก่บริษัท กรุณาโอนเงินหรือชำระเงินด้วยวิธีที่ถูกต้องตามที่บริษัทกำหนด กล่าวคือ ให้ลูกค้าโอนเงินหรือชำระเงินเข้าบัญชีบริษัท ชื่อบัญชี “บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ หยวนต้า (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด” โดยตรง หรือ 
โดยวิธีลูกค้ามีคำสั่งให้หักเงินจากบัญชีธนาคารของลูกค้าตามที่ตกลงกับบริษัท (บัญชี ATS) เท่านั้น บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใดๆ ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการโอนเงินหรือชำระเงินเข้าบัญชีพนักงาน หรือ บุคคลอื่นใด ที่ไม่ใช่บัญชีบริษัท ซึ่งมิใช่วิธีที่ถูกต้องตามที่บริษัทกำหนด 
        อนึ่ง หากลูกค้าท่านใดได้มีการโอนเงินเพื่อทำธุรกรรมกับบริษัทไปยังบัญชีพนักงานหรือบุคคลอื่นใดโดยไม่ได้โอนเงินเข้าบัญชีบริษัทโดยตรงตามวิธีที่กล่าวข้างต้นไปแล้ว กรุณาแจ้งกลับให้บริษัททราบ ที่ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการหลักทรัพย์ เบอร์โทรศัพท์ 0 2009 8250-1 ภายใน 7 วัน
นับแต่วันที่ที่ลงในหนังสือฉบับนี้  

จึงเรียนมาเพื่อทราบ และขอขอบพระคุณสำหรับความไว้วางใจในบริการของบริษัทด้วยดีเสมอมา

Re: To transfer money or make payments for transactions with the Yuanta Securities (Thailand) Company Limited

Dear Valuable customer,

    In order to protect the customer’s asset,Yuanta Securities (Thailand) Company Limited ("Company") would like to inform that the Company does not have a policy for customers to transfer money to an employee’s account or 

any other persons’ accounts or accept payment in cash from customers.

If you would like to do any transactions and need to transfer money or make a payment to the Company, please directly transfer money or make payment into the company’s account named "Yuanta Securities (Thailand) Co., Ltd."

or by Automatic Transfer System (ATS) only. The Company reserves the right not to be responsible for any damages that may arise from the transferring of money or making a payment to an employee's account or other persons’ 

accounts other than not the Company’s account.             

Please immediately inform the Company if you used to transfer money to an employee’s account or any other persons’ accounts without the above mentioned methods. Moreover, please directly notify to Operations Department at 

phone number 0 2009 8250-1 within 7 days from the date of this letter.
