UX Researcher

Tasks and Responsibilities
- User Research: conduct user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights into user needs, goals and behaviours.
- Data Analysis: analyse and interpret qualitative data collected during user research to identify patterns, trends, and user pain points.
- User Personas: develop user personas that represent the target audience, incorporating demographic, behavioural, and attitudinal characteristics.
- Information Architecture: create and refine the information architecture of digital products or services, ensuring logical and intuitive navigation and organisation.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and validate user flows and interactions.
- Usability Testing: plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of product designs, identify areas of improvement.
- Collaboration: collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure user-centered design approaches and align on project goals.
- Iterative Design: iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results, continuously improving the user experience throughout the development lifecycle.
- Accessibility: advocate for and integrate accessibility considerations into the design process, ensuring products are usable by individuals with disabilities.
- Industry Research: stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, UX methodologies, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of UX research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
- Proficiency in design tools, such as UX Army, Milieu, Maze, Morphosis and Qualtrics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive meaningful insights from user data.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate and present findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with front-end development principles and constraints is beneficial.
- Understanding of accessibility guidelines and best practices.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Prior experience in financial industry or with financial products will be given special consideration.

- Recommend the appropriate Investment products, i.e. equity, TFEX, fund, bond, structure note, etc. to high net worth clients according to each client's risk appetite.
- Monitor client's investment port performance and recommend the appropriate balance according to asset allocation direction.
- Follow up the market situation and factor that impact to market as well as provide data is always delivered.
- Monitor the process of investment transaction in order to ensure that smooth and accurate data is always delivered.
- Being a part of a team to create, design and plan the efficient and interesting investment product lines and asset allocation.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- Bachelor 's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field
- 0-5 years experience in a finance position and investment
- IC Complex License , CFP

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategy to attract independent financial advisors, corporate with high number of employees and potential partners to choose Yuanta as investment execution platform.
- Create a customer acquisition strategy to support potential individual and corporate agents.
- Manage revenue sharing on a monthly basis from Agent Management System (AMS).
- Responsible for analyzing and interpreting results, and communicating clear actions to adjust acquisition strategy based on changing and dynamic competitive landscape.
- Visibility and understanding of overall project tasks, manages timelines, and ensures everyone involved is accountable to timelines.
- Lead a cross-functional team to bring the customer acquisition strategy to life.
Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years in Product Marketing / digital marketing/ e-commerce / customer acquisition or related experience.
- Energetic and passionate who is fast learner, and has great attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and can work with diverse individuals at all levels with cross-cultural understanding.
- Strong planning, analytical, and management skills with ability to multitask.
- Ability to communicate effectively & fluently in both English & Thai.
- Good computer literacy with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with e-commerce marketing technology like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager,
- IC Complex 1 License is preferable.
