Relationship Manager

What you'll do

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients (High Net Worth / Institutional Clients) to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement.

  • Design financial strategies, investment plans, and customized portfolio models aligned with clients’ financial goals.

  • Monitor and analyze clients’ investment portfolios, providing recommendations for rebalancing in response to market conditions.

  • Track and respond to changes in clients’ financial needs and circumstances, while keeping them informed about new and existing financial products and services.

  • Expand the client base by developing relationships and offering suitable financial solutions.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments, including marketing and client services, to achieve sales and revenue targets.

  • Uphold professional ethics and provide financial advisory services in compliance with regulatory standards.

 

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Investment, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in relationship management, investment advisory, or capital market–related fields.

  • Possession of an Investment Consultant License or other relevant certifications (e.g., IC Complex, CFP, CFA) will be an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Positive attitude, client-oriented mindset, and strong teamwork skills.

  • Prior experience in Relationship Management with solid knowledge of Mutual Funds and Structured Products will be highly valued. 

Derivatives Market Specialist

What you'll do

  • Analyze and monitor TFEX market trends and factors affecting prices.
  • Provide consultation and advice on trading strategies and techniques to clients and investment consultants.
  • Develop and design investment strategies to support clients and investment consultants.
  • Support the sales team with in-depth information, technical advice, and strategic recommendations.
  • Share in-depth knowledge of TFEX products with team members and relevant stakeholders.
  • Organize and support training sessions, seminars, and educational activities on TFEX for clients and investment consultants.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related field.
  • at least 2-3 proven experiences in the Derivatives Market.
  • Possess knowledge, understanding, or expertise in the securities business, especially in the futures (derivatives) market.
  • Have experience in business development or marketing within securities companies or financial institutions that offer derivative investment products.

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Plans - Create marketing strategies that integrate online and offline channels to support business goals and product campaigns.
    • Expected Result: Launch timely, targeted campaigns that contribute to brand growth and client acquisition.
  • Coordinate Cross-Channel Campaigns - Manage digital marketing (e.g. social media, email, website) and offline efforts (e.g. events, print, POS) in sync with product and sales teams.

  • Produce and Manage Marketing Content - Develop promotional materials, campaign messages, and educational content tailored to financial products.

    Expected Result: Deliver compelling and compliant content that improves product understanding and drives action.

  • Monitor Campaign Performance and Reporting - Track key performance metrics, analyze results, and recommend data-driven improvements.

    Expected Result: Improve ROI and effectiveness of marketing activities through continuous optimization.

  • Ensure Brand and Regulatory Compliance - Work with compliance and product teams to ensure all materials meet brand guidelines and financial regulations.
    • Expected Result: Maintain high trust and zero compliance violations in all marketing communications.

 

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Marketing or related fields.
  • 5 Years in Marketing. Financial/Insurance fields will be a plus.
  • Work rationally and creatively.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Recommend the appropriate Investment products, i.e. equity, TFEX, fund, bond, structure note, etc. to high net worth clients according to each client's risk appetite.
  • Monitor client's investment port performance and recommend the appropriate balance according to asset allocation direction.
  • Follow up the market situation and factor that impact to market as well as provide data is always delivered.
  • Monitor the process of investment transaction in order to ensure that smooth and accurate data is always delivered.
  • Being a part of a team to create, design and plan the efficient and interesting investment product lines and asset allocation.
  • Acquire new potential clients

 Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

  • Bachelor 's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field
  • 0-5 years experience in a finance position and investment 
  • IC Complex License , CFP  

Qualifications

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Confident decision-making abilities.
  • Analytical mind with good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill both Thai/English.
