Responsibilities:

• Develop active pipeline, screen, identify, and drive execution of investment and M&A opportunities to support the Bank's overall growth strategy.
• Formulate a strategic investment framework and facilitate the execution.
• Identify new high-impact strategic opportunities (e.g., innovative business model)
• Work closely with business units to understand current pain points, and opportunities with potential partners.
• Develop detailed concept and work plan, and get buy-ins from key factors.
• Develop partnership principles and ways of communicating clearly to key functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Investment or related fields.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Demonstrate team work, leadership and great interpersonal skills.
