Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Organize and coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and leadership programs.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure knowledge transfer and business impact.
• Support leadership development and mentorship programs.
• Manage and maintain LMS or e-learning platforms for training administration.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in training, talent development, or HRD.
• Proficiency in HR software and LMS platforms is a plus.
• Strong English language proficiency.
