Executive Assistant to CEO

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: 
    • Provide administrative assistance including managing schedules, arranging meetings and preparing agendas.
    • Prepare, review and edit reports and presentations for the executive.
  • Team Coordination:
    • Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal teams, coordinating the gathering of information and reports from various departments.
    • Track and ensure follow-up on pending tasks and projects.
    • Assist in the management of special projects as directed by the CEO.
  • Meeting Preparation:
    • Prepare documents and materials for board meetings, executive team meetings, and key stakeholder engagements.
    • Take meeting minutes, distribute them to appropriate parties, and follow up on action items as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint,  other presentation software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
