ตามที่ TSD ได้แจ้งเหตุข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลบางส่วนของผู้ใช้บริการ TSD Investor Portal รั่วไหล บริษัทขอแนะนำให้ลูกค้าเพิ่มความระมัดระวังในการรับโทรศัพท์ อีเมล หรือ SMS ที่ขอข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล รหัส OTP หรือรหัสผ่าน

ทั้งนี้ TSD ระบุว่า ไม่พบข้อมูลสำคัญทางการเงิน เช่น เลขบัญชีธนาคารหรือข้อมูลธุรกรรมรั่วไหล หากพบเหตุผิดปกติหรือได้รับการติดต่อที่น่าสงสัย กรุณาอย่าเปิดเผยข้อมูล และติดต่อบริษัทผ่านช่องทางอย่างเป็นทางการทันที

Following TSD’s notification regarding the exposure of certain personal information of some TSD Investor Portal users, we encourage clients to remain vigilant and never disclose personal information, OTPs, or passwords via phone calls, emails, or SMS.

TSD has confirmed that no sensitive financial information, such as bank account or transaction data, has been compromised.
