การเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมธนาคารจากลูกค้าทั่วไป สำหรับรายการชำระราคาที่เกิดจากการซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์

ตามที่ ที่ประชุมของสมาคมบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ไทย ครั้งที่ 4/2562  และ ที่ บล.051/2563 มีมติให้บริษัทสมาชิกเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมธนาคารจากลูกค้าทั่วไป สำหรับรายการชำระราคาที่เกิดจากการซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์จากทุกประเภทบัญชีและชำระราคาผ่านระบบ ATS ตามที่เกิดขึ้นจริง ซึ่งปัจจุบันมีค่าธรรมเนียมอยู่ที่ 14 บาท ส่วนการทำรายการผ่านระบบ ATS  ของกรณีอื่น ๆ เช่นการฝากถอนหลักประกัน ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัทสมาชิกแต่ละแห่ง  โดยให้เริ่มตั้งแต่รายการซื้อขายของวันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2563 เป็นต้นไป  โดยกำหนดแนวทางปฏิบัติดังนี้

1. ให้เรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมกับลูกค้าทั่วไปประเภทบัญชีชำระราคาผ่านระบบ ATS (บัญชีเงินสด หรือ Cash Account) โดยอ้างอิงตามวิธีการชำระเงินของลูกค้า ณ วันที่มีรายการซื้อขาย (Trade Date) ถึงแม้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงวิธีการชำระเงินของ Trade Date นั้นไปเป็นวิธีอื่นที่มิใช่ ATS ก็ยังคงเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียม

2. ค่าธรรมเนียมธนาคาร ATS 14 บาท ยังไม่รวม  VAT

3. ให้คิดค่าธรรมเนียมธนาคารในรอบแรกของการตัด ATS หากมีการตัดบัญชีด้วยวิธี ATS มากกว่า 1 รอบ การเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัท

ในการนี้ เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมติที่ประชุมของ สมาคมบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ฯ ดังกล่าวข้างต้น บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ หยวนต้า (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (บริษัทฯ) ใคร่ขอเรียนให้ท่านลูกค้าทราบว่า บริษัทฯ จะเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมกับลูกค้าทั่วไปประเภทบัญชีชำระราคาผ่านระบบ ATS (บัญชีเงินสด หรือ Cash Account) เป็นจำนวนเงิน 14 บาท ยังไม่รวม  VAT โดยมีผลตั้งแต่รายการซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ วันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2563 เป็นต้นไป

Notification of the Automatic Transfer System (ATS) Fee for the Securities Trading Settlement

Dear Valuable customers,

According to the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Association of Thai Securities Companies (ASCO) No. 4/2019 and 051/2020, it was unanimously resolved that all securities company members will charge the Bank transferring transaction fee to clients for the securities trading settlement from all account types which settled via ATS. Currently, the ATS transaction fee is 14 Baht. However, other payments through ATS such as deposit/withdrawal collateral are to be in accordance with the policies of each securities company Members. With effective from 1 July 2020, the Company’s guidelines are as follows:

1. ATS fee will be charged to the client for the account which settled via ATS such as Cash Account by referring to the payment method of the client on the trade date. Even though, the method of payment has eventually been changed from ATS to others method after the trade date, the Company shall still charge such transferring transaction fee as well as settle via ATS.

2. ATS transaction fee is 14 baht, excluding Value Added Tax (VAT).

3. ATS transaction fee will be charged in the first transaction. If there are more than one transactions, the fee will be charged according to the Company policy.

To be in accordance with the resolutions of the ASCO meeting, Yuanta Securities (Thailand) Company Limited would like to inform that the Company will charge the clients for the account type of settlement via ATS such as Cash Account with the amount of 14 baht plus VAT. The effective date is beginning from the trading date of 1 July 2020 onwards.
